The decision we help you make

Your design may be difficult to produce, assemble or inspect. You need specific feedback on the geometry and assembly decisions that matter for your chosen process and production context.

Typical deliverables

  • An annotated design for manufacture and assembly review.
  • A prioritised list of concerns and proposed design changes.
  • Notes on assembly access, joining methods and inspection considerations within scope.
  • Questions or decisions to resolve with your manufacturer before release.

What to bring

  • Current CAD, drawings and bill of materials where available.
  • Intended materials, manufacturing processes and production quantities.
  • Known manufacturing or assembly difficulties and supplier feedback.
  • Fixed tooling, approved parts, inspection needs and permitted design changes.

A scope shaped around your product

These are typical deliverables. Your brief brings the selected services together into a personalised scope. We review your inputs, clarify unknowns and agree outputs, responsibilities and timing before work begins.

The review is based on the processes, volumes and supplier constraints available at the time. Unknown constraints are recorded.

Design revisions, tooling design, supplier coordination and manufacturing sign-off are separate from the review unless expressly agreed.
