Share your product brief
Choose relevant services, describe the product and its current stage, and tell us what is known or uncertain. You can add reference files and flag any NDA requirement.
Clarify the decision
We review your inputs and discuss the questions the work needs to answer. Missing information, assumptions and responsibilities are made explicit.
Agree a personalised scope
The proposal defines deliverables, review points, timing and commercial terms for the selected services. Work begins after the scope is agreed.
Develop and review
Design and engineering progress through the agreed review points. Changes to requirements or assumptions are discussed before extending the scope.
Prepare the handoff
You receive the agreed files, specifications and decision records. Open questions and validation needs stay visible. Physical prototyping and manufacturing are arranged by you.
