About this website

This website introduces the product and industrial design services of We Master Design, the studio led by Ayad Samian in London, United Kingdom. Questions about the website or these terms can be sent to support@wemasterdesign.com.

An enquiry starts a conversation

Selecting services or submitting a brief requests a review of your project. It does not place an order, reserve time, set a price or create an engagement. We review the information before proposing a personalised scope. Work begins only under a separately agreed engagement covering responsibilities, deliverables, fees, timing and review stages.

The scope is agreed for each project

Service descriptions explain typical inputs and deliverables. The agreed scope determines what your project includes. Prototype-ready Design supplies design files and specifications for a prototype provider. Manufacturing-ready Packages supply the agreed technical documentation. Physical prototyping, manufacturing, testing and certification are not supplied by placing a website enquiry.

CFD and FEA work depends on agreed geometry, materials, operating conditions, loads, restraints and modelling assumptions. A website example or illustration is not a test result, a safety approval or a certification for your product. Any required physical validation or regulatory work must be identified in the project scope.

Materials you share

Send only material you are entitled to share for enquiry review. Keep attachments relevant and remove unnecessary personal or confidential information. Ownership of your submitted material is not transferred by using the brief. Any rights to use project work, design files or other deliverables are addressed in the separate engagement agreement.

If confidentiality terms are required, request an NDA and agree those terms before sharing restricted information. Choosing the NDA option records your request; it does not itself put an agreement in place.

Website visuals and technical information

Website visuals support explanations of design services and engineering considerations. They are not test results, safety approvals, certifications or evidence of performance for a specific product. Each engagement requires its own requirements, analysis, review and validation plan.

Using the site

Use the enquiry form for relevant project requests. Do not send harmful files, interfere with the site or submit material you have no right to disclose. Website material remains subject to the rights of its respective owners; request permission before reproducing studio material for commercial use.

Links to external sources are provided for context. Those sites have their own terms and information-handling practices. These website terms do not replace a signed project agreement or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
