How We Master Design handles project enquiries, contact details and optional attachments.

Last reviewed: 4 October 2026

Who handles your information

We Master Design is the product and industrial design studio led by Ayad Samian in London, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you provide when you contact the studio. For privacy questions or requests, email support@wemasterdesign.com.

What the project brief collects

The brief asks for your name, email address, selected services, project stage, goals, constraints and relevant technical information. It also asks about deliverables, budget, timing and confidentiality. Company and telephone number are optional. Supporting files are sent separately by email to support@wemasterdesign.com; the form does not upload files. Files may contain personal information as well as product information; include only what is needed to explain your enquiry.

Unsubmitted answers stay in the current page while you move between steps. The brief does not create an account or save a draft in browser storage. Reloading or closing the page can clear your answers. When you submit, the brief sends the shared answers, technical answers relevant to your selected services, contact details and consent. It does not send file attachments.

Why we use it

We use the information to understand your enquiry, respond to you and prepare a personalised scope. For the initial form enquiry, we rely on the consent you give before submitting. You can withdraw this consent by emailing support@wemasterdesign.com; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Without permission to use your contact details, we cannot reply to the form enquiry.

If you ask us to take steps towards an engagement in your own name, necessary proposal information is processed for those pre-contractual steps. Business-contact correspondence may instead rely on our legitimate interest in answering the organisation you represent. We do not add project enquiries to a marketing list. A person reviews the brief before a scope is prepared; the website does not make automated acceptance, pricing or eligibility decisions.

Delivery, storage and service providers

Submitted text briefs are sent to Formspree for delivery to the studio enquiry inbox and submission storage. Supporting files emailed separately to support@wemasterdesign.com are processed through email and the studio’s working records, rather than uploaded through Formspree. Authorised studio staff and the providers used for form delivery, email and hosting may process information needed to handle the enquiry or operate the website. Providers may also process connection details, such as IP addresses and browser information, for delivery and security.

Formspree uses infrastructure in the United States, so a submission may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Contact support@wemasterdesign.com for information about the arrangements and safeguards applying to your enquiry. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for its description of its processing.

How long information is kept

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is being assessed and followed up. Continued retention depends on whether there is an active engagement, an unresolved question or dispute, or a legal record-keeping requirement. Text briefs that are no longer needed should be removed from submission storage and the studio’s working records. Separately emailed files that are no longer needed should be removed from the studio’s email and working records. If an engagement begins, its record-keeping arrangements are addressed with the project.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, have it deleted, restrict its use, or receive a portable copy. Email support@wemasterdesign.com to make a request or withdraw form-enquiry consent. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing information.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us which processing concerns you and why by contacting the same address.

You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You do not have to contact us first to use that right.

Files and confidentiality

Supporting files are optional and may be emailed separately. If an NDA is needed, select that option and describe the project at a high level first. An NDA request in the brief does not itself create a confidentiality agreement. Arrange the agreement and an appropriate transfer method before sharing restricted material. Do not include patient records, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive personal information in this enquiry form.
